Project Engineer

We are looking for two candidates to join the following divisions: Automation and Robotics and Process Control.

Tasks to be done:

  • Design and development of PLC control software;
  • Creation of Robotic Islands;
  • Security software development;
  • Design and control of Automatic Warehouses;
  • Design and control of Material Handling systems;
  • Revamping;
  • End of line realization;
  • Creation of traditional and advanced HCM man-machine interfaces (residing on mobile and/or wearable devices or making use of AR/VR technologies);
  • Realization of SCADA systems;
  • Implementation of Telecontrol;
  • Data traceability.

Frequent national and international transfers are foreseen, of medium-long duration (minimum duration: 1 month).

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma: IT, electrical or electronic or First or second level degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering;
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Preferential requirements:

  • Knowledge of Siemens/Rockwell PLC Programming, HMI and SCADA.

Tasks to be done:

  • Design and development of web based applications;
  • Multi-platform mobile app design and development;
  • Design and development of VR/AR applications;
  • Implementation of Machine Learning models;
  • Participation in research projects in the industrial and ICT fields.

Requirements:

  • Degree in scientific and/or technological subjects;
  • Experience in object oriented software development;
  • Propensity for problem solving and team working;
  • English language: medium level.

Plus:

  • Previous experience in the use of Machine Learning techniques and training of neural networks;
  • Previous experience developing VR/AR apps;
  • Previous experience in development on Unity platform.
